Directions

How to use:

Locate inner pouch&squeeze firmly to break.
Shake well to mix contents.
There is a sharp temperature drop,wrap the pack with a soft cloth.(Skin frostbite may occur if no enclosed cover,so watch carefully when using with children and the elderly.)

Reuse:

Store cold pack in freezer for some time.
Stop using if the pack is punctured or leaking.
